  Had Steven the tech come look at humidifier, it stopped working. He spent approx. 2 hours and came up said I give up called his boss with no help from him. I asked if any other tech could come out. Said no find someone else to look at it. They installed it in 2000 with furnace. Well I am sending you a message, I did find a HVAC Company PDM , Came out and changed the humidstate dial and the outside sensor. Working good now. Well we will not be calling you anymore for your services.
