  The lady cut my cuticle so bad on my foot they had a hard time stopping the bleeding and my cuticles are so destroyed on my finders after a simple manicure. I don't understand how poorly they do mani and pedis. They never even appoligized for hurting me. I'll never go back.

  Horrible service. Got no chip gel nails for the first time, the were lifting by the nail bed really bad by the start of the second week. Went in and had them removed(which was a really painful process) and got white tip acrylics this time and while they lasted a good 3 weeks before fill ins were needed, the original application was scratchy beneath the surface. After getting fill ins, you could see a very distinct line in every nail from where the acrylic powder had originally been applied and I had a lifting in one of the fingers that looked very clouded and they did nothing to fix it, the top of the nail was still close to breaking off. Also they didn't bother to file them back to the desired shape so now I have clouded, scratchy, lopsided completely unnatural looking nails. Never going to this salon again.
